I wish people could get things right the first time… Especially when you are running a business and need to order supplies appreciate I do, but i run a construction business with my brother and recently the people I was with and I had to order 16 gauge double loop wire ties, however well, the people I was with and I ordered the 16 gauge double loop wire ties and what they ended up sending instead were 14 gauge wire ties, however this was not going to job for what the people I was with and I needed them for! How on earth could they confuse and mess up an order for 16 gauge double loop wire ties and send 14 gauge wire ties instead! I mean don’t they believe their rebar wire ties truly well? I think not! I had to call the warecondo business where the people I was with and I order the rebar wire ties from and complain and tell them to send the common 16 gauge double loop rebar wire ties that the people I was with and I need immediately as the people I was with and I were on a time deadline for completing a building project.
They wanted myself and others to originally send back the 14 gauge wire ties before they would even common the order and send the common 16 gauge double loop wire ties.
I was not going to settle for that! There was no time to play around; So I told them if they do not send the common 16 gauge double loop wire ties that I ordered that I would call my credit card business and file a fraud against them, keep their 14 gauge wire ties they sent by mistake and then get the 16 gauge double loop wire ties from another business. They listened and sent them after this threat.
